 Tommy McMullen has joined our main contracting desk and Tommy Tainton has joined the specialist contractors desk, focusing on M+E.

See below for a brief introduction to each of them. 

Tommy M joins us with over five years of recruitment experience. On the main contracting desk, he will be working with build, refurb and social housing contractors. He supports and supplies privately owned businesses and local authorities and prides himself on assisting with requirements from the beginning to the end of a project.

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys going to the gym, playing football and golf and socialising with friends. He also openly admits to (unfortunately) supporting Tottenham Hotspur!

Tommy T brings a hands-on perspective to recruitment, having spent over seven years working as a self-employed Mechanical Pipefitter before transitioning into consulting. His hands-on experience in the trades and labour sector provided technical insights and a nuanced understanding of what truly matters when matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, Tommy is an enthusiastic darts player, competing regularly in a local league and also enjoys casual games of pool. Recently, he’s taken up playing golf.
