Welcoming Zara and Emily to Cityscape Recruitment

Zara joins us with over 10 years of recruitment experience, seven of which have been in senior and leadership roles. Having transitioned from the healthcare sector into construction, she brings a wealth of experience in building strong relationships and leading successful teams. Zara is a natural people person who enjoys connecting with others, understanding their stories, and helping them move their careers forward.

Outside of work, Zara enjoys travelling and discovering new places, whether around the UK or further afield. She’s also happiest when spending time with her son and family, walking, and cooking.

Emily brings nearly five years of recruitment experience, specialising in permanent roles within the construction sector. She’s passionate about developing strong client and candidate relationships and has built an impressive depth of knowledge across multiple areas of the industry.

Away from work, Emily loves spending time with friends, enjoys a bit of shopping, and is always up for something active — from cycling and swimming to golf. She’s currently training for her first Hyrox event and bringing that same determination and energy into her new role here at Cityscape.
