ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is currently seeking a talented Internals Site Manager with a strong background in permanent work and experience in the New Build sector to join a live project in Brixton. The role involves managing the delivery of a mid-spec, high volume residential project in Brixton, taking it from the shell & core stage. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle and coordinate sub-contractors and a team. This position will report to an experienced manager and requires someone with solid internals experience gained working on similar projects. The role will be very hands-on, suitable for candidates who prefer an on-site environment rather than an office-based one.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the position of Internals Site Manager at our client’s company should possess the following qualifications and skills. They should have a strong background in permanent work and extensive experience in the New Build sector, particularly in managing high volume residential projects from the shell & core stage.
