ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager at my client, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of our diverse and complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for leading and managing project teams and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will engage in cost control, procurement, contract administration, and compliance. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage resources efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements will be crucial in driving the successful completion of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects. Familiarity with NEC contracts and experience in rail, highways & water sectors. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

My client is offering a competitive salary package ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, depending on experience. In addition to the attractive salary, we also offer a car allowance or company car, providing you with flexibility and convenience for your work-related travels. As part of their commitment to employee well-being, you will receive 25 days of annual leave to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.
