ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction and refurbishment projects. You will work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure delivery that meets both budgetary and quality expectations.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
Oversee financial management throughout project lifecycles.
Carry out valuations, cost control, and risk assessments.
Manage variations and final accounts.
Ensure projects are delivered responsibly, sustainably, and to the highest standard.
Support strong client relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, restoration, or refurbishment.
Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work on a diverse range of projects, from restorations to large-scale refurbishments.
Passion for sustainability and responsible project delivery.

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history.
