Our client is a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. Their Milton Keynes office continues to grow, and they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to help deliver a range of projects and professional assignments across multiple sectors.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys variety — balancing professional work such as dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters with project delivery across refurbishment and new-build schemes. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of surveyors and project managers, while also having the independence to manage your own clients and workload.
Leading and delivering a broad range of building surveying commissions
Providing professional services including surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration
Managing refurbishment and improvement projects from inception to completion
Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
MRICS qualified (or approaching final assessment)
Strong technical knowledge and experience in both project and professional surveying
Confident managing clients and delivering projects independently
Professional, commercially aware, and motivated to progress your career

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.
