Our client an award winning medium sized residential developer, is looking for a very experienced Senior Project Manager to run a multi occupancy project.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager to work on a multi occupancy project close to Birmingham. As Senior Project Manager you will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, Customer Service and Commercial on all phases of the development. Ensure the company maintains their 5-star builder status by keeping defects to a minimum while delivering class leading customer service. As Senior Project Manager you will lead the other senior team members while maintaining budget with no compromise to quality and health and safety. You will be responsible for working in line with site plans to make sure the project is executed correctly. Ensure best practice with external bodies such as the NHBC. Develop and maintain relationships with all those involved with the project and provide coaching and feedback where needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous residential Senior Project Manager experience though may consider a Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years’ experience.

Strong management skills

Deep knowledge of NHBC Guidelines

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS

First Aid

Professional Qualification to an appropriate level

Experience in the management of Health and Safety

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of £85,000 – £90,000. In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including car/car allowance, plus a bonus scheme.
