Over the past year, Kerry has achieved a further HR qualification, adding even more structure around our HR policies and processes – which may explain why there’s a bit more paperwork than there once was, but it is necessary and plays a big part in making sure we’re offering the best possible working environment and options for our global teams.
She continues to support teams across all our global functions, working with people wherever they are in the world and playing a key role when change is needed. Whether that’s researching new processes or technology, or being part of the team rolling them out, Kerry is always involved in the detail, helping things work as smoothly as they can.
What really stands out is how much she looks out for our people. She’s great at spotting issues before they become problems and does her best to bring order to the chaos – which, in a fast-paced recruitment company, isn’t always the easiest task.
Kerry, thank you for five years of commitment, hard work and care. We’d be in a very different place without you.
