I’m representing a respected commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Central London, known for delivering exceptional Cat A and Cat B office projects throughout the capital and South East.
With a strong client base and an excellent reputation for quality, teamwork, and technical expertise, this business continues to see steady growth through repeat business and negotiated contracts. Their projects typically range from £500k to £10m, and they take pride in creating inspiring and functional workspaces for blue-chip clients, landlords, and end users alike.
Due to continued success and an expanding pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their commercial pre-construction team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Estimator will play a key role in managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, working closely with the Pre-Construction and Project Teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
You’ll be responsible for producing detailed cost plans, evaluating subcontractor quotations, and preparing tender documentation across a range of fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator who enjoys taking ownership of the estimating process within a collaborative and professional environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Competitive salary between £65,000 and £80,000, depending on experience.
Annual performance-related bonus.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify scope and project requirements.
Reviewing design drawings and specifications to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
Managing tender documentation, enquiries, and procurement schedules.
Building and maintaining a reliable supply chain of trusted subcontractors and suppliers.
Working closely with Pre-Construction Managers and Project Teams to ensure smooth handovers upon contract award.
Attending client meetings and presentations as required.
