ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you’ll drive the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and client satisfaction. You’ll work across all phases, liaising with design, site, supply chain and client teams to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with high standards. Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end project management from mobilisation through to handover, including schedule, cost, quality and H&S oversight
Coordination with design and technical teams to ensure constructability, client-design alignment and smooth delivery
Managing suppliers, subcontractors and onsite teams to deliver against plan, addressing issues proactively
Budget tracking and cost monitoring in collaboration with commercial/QS teams
Client engagement, reporting progress, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships
Ensuring projects meet internal quality standards, programme targets and business objectives
Coaching and supporting site teams, sharing best-practice and driving continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial office fit-out, refurbishment or design & build projects
Strong delivery focus with demonstrable track record of managing programme, cost, quality and client relationships
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with design, site and supply-chain teams in a fast-moving environment
Proactive, solution-orientated mindset with good commercial awareness
Comfortable working in a contractor-led fit-out setting, supporting multiple projects and teams
