He’s been operating at that level for some time, but the way he’s approached the start of this year in particular made it clear the promotion was deserved.
When Tommy joined Cityscape Recruitment, he took on the main contracting desk. It’s one of the more demanding desks in the business, and it doesn’t give you quick wins. There have undoubtedly been days when progress has felt slow. But this hasn’t changed his approach, and Tommy stayed with it.
Over time, he has rebuilt a client relationship that had reduced significantly and developed it into one of our stronger revenue-generating accounts. That’s down to his persistence and consistency in delivery.
