We currently have a vacancy for an experienced consultant to join our established and successful team. We are specifically looking for consultants with experience in recruiting for residential developers and are happy for this to be working at our head office in Rickmansworth or remotely to grow our regional presence. There is potential for the right candidate to develop and open new regional offices.

This area of the business benefits from a very established and mature client base with multiple organisations. The most suitable applicants will have experience of recruiting for a range of permanent appointments.


Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a basic salary from £22,000 to £35,000.

We will also pay you a commission on all placements increasing the yearly earnings significantly. In addition to basic salary and commission, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, mobile phone, and more.


Successful applicants will ideally have prior experience in construction recruitment and will be capable of business generation and client delivery leading to fees. However, we are willing to consider and meet with applicants who have proven recruitment experience that is not within the construction sector or applicants with limited exposure to the recruitment sector, for example, those in a resourcer/trainee role who are looking for the next step.

We are also keen to consider individuals who are qualified in construction or civil engineering or have previously worked in the Residential Development sector specifically. The market knowledge and understanding gained from this background offer a unique starting point for a potentially excellent career in construction recruitment.

Most importantly a successful Recruitment Consultant will be self-motivated, have a confident personality, be willing to work with a variety of people, be conscientious, show strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of intelligence.
