Cityscape Recruitment has been established for 15 years with two offices – Rickmansworth, South West Hertfordshire and Hoboken, New Jersey, just outside New York City.
Both offices offer recruitment solutions to the build and civil engineering markets. Be that an engineer on a specific project or a director for a whole business, we have a team that can solve those recruitment needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our group is expanding. As such, we are looking for an existing Senior Consultant or Team Leader who is experienced in 360 recruitment within the construction and/or civil engineering industries.
This opportunity will offer you the chance to build your own team in a new location for our business – Ireland. Ireland has a booming construction market and, to leverage our existing links to businesses in the country, we are looking to expand our presence in that market.
Whether you are working in the UK and are interested in moving to Ireland or are already based in Ireland and want an opportunity to take ownership of an office and team, I am interested in talking to you.
Cityscape Recruitment has the platform, systems, processes and back-office support in place to help speed up your ability to deliver with ease. The directors will work in partnership with you to help establish this new office and grow it into something special. You will also have a leading role in the future of this new division.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
We base salaries on the experience and ability of each professional we meet but offer beyond the typical level in the industry.
You can expect a basic salary from £30,000 to £45,000 and a commission structure that has no threshold. Brackets start at 10% and work up to 35% of everything you bill.
In addition to basic salary and commission, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, quarterly target-based events, regular team social events (which you could be part of), ongoing perks and smaller benefits inside our offices. We reward our staff so they are motivated to do the best they can and they see the rewards for their effort.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful applicants will ideally have prior experience in white-collar construction or civil engineering recruitment and will be capable of business generation and client delivery leading to fees.
In a perfect world, you will have operated in Ireland or will have been based there before. However, we are open to considering UK-based recruiters looking to move to the Irish market.
We are also keen to consider individuals who are qualified in construction or civil engineering or have previously worked in the sectors we specialise in. The market knowledge and understanding gained from this background offer a unique starting point for a potentially excellent career in construction recruitment.
Most importantly, a successful Recruitment Consultant will be self-motivated, have a confident personality, be willing to work with a variety of people, be conscientious, show strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of intelligence.
