ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join this successful team working across a variety of Industrial and Commercial projects in and around London, whilst training up and learning from several very experienced and senior team members and being moulded into a fast moving and fully competent Project Manager. These are all commercial projects that will be taken from the ground up and will require a strong, well presented Assistant Project Manager with client facing experience, top join the team and support the current PM. This role will be seen as stepping stone into a Project Manager role within this growing business. The successful individual will be given a fast track up the ranks if they conduct themselves well whilst working on these live jobs.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have strong industry experience, directly relating to similar works and must have worked in similar positions in well-respected main contractors. They must be easily able to manage and motivate their team. They must show the technical knowledge to identify risks along with opportunities with client and subcontractors and have the ability to manage the construction process. The successful candidate will be able to show length of service in only a handful of previous companies, and will be able to show vision and drive to progress further within this business.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS

You will be well rewarded for your hard work with a remuneration package that will correspond to the individuals experience and skills. The guideline basic salary is £35,000 – £40,000, with the opportunities for additional benefits as well as funding towards a degree.
