ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for an Estimator to join their current team. They already have a very experienced Chief Estimator in place allowing you to learn, develop and improve.
The projects you will be working on will be predominantly interior construction projects across the commercial industry, ranging in value between $1M – $5M.
REQUIREMENTS
It is important you have at least 4 years of experience estimating for General Contractors across New York City. I am looking for someone experienced in commercial interior projects.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with an experienced Chief Estimator and improve your Estimating capabilities. You will also work across multiple sectors such as corporate office, healthcare, education and retail meaning every project will be different. My client is looking to pay between $110,000 – $150,000 + benefits.

When you first contact us, be that through direct contact, responding to an advert or applying through our website, we will connect you with a consultant who works in your specialist area.
Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.

If you are successful in receiving an offer(s), our consultant will communicate this with you and help to negotiate the offer(s) and any other terms of employment.
Finally, we will support you in resigning from your current role, navigating potential counter offers and starting your new role.
