ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Facades Manager for a major scheme that they are working on in Battersea. The project consists of 3 blocks of residential apartments constating of 160 units across the 3 blocks. The successful candidate will be responsible for watching SFS, windows, curtain walling, brickwork, and aluminum cladding etc. The project is expected until the end of next year and the project is currently out of the ground.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
£65,000-75,000 + travel, healthcare & pension
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience working on large residential projects with projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing Facades packages with brickwork packages being a vital requirement as there is an extensive brickwork package on this project.
My client is looking for candidates who can show the stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.
