ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a small industrial project in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The project itself requires a manager with groundworks experience and asbestos awareness training as a minimum, ideally with a wealth of experience in industrial construction.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully managing industrial construction projects with groundworks experience and asbestos awareness training. They will have excellent knowledge of construction techniques, health and safety regulations, and program management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable, as is a valid CSCS card
