About the Opportunity:

Would you like to join one the UKs most technically competent façade engineering and building contractors, who undertake projects from design through to handover?

This company have a keen eye for degree educated Construction Management or Facade Engineering professionals from stable and proven backgrounds within the Façade sector, separating themselves from their competition by employing the best of best.

Due to stacked order books for 2024-2025 working in partnership with a range of Developers and Contractors including Berkeley Homes and Galliford Try our client is recruiting for both experienced Project Managers and Site Managers working one a variety of projects of New Build and Refurbishment Façade Projects.

They’re incredibly quality and delivery focussed and the successful candidate will be responsible for QA, programme management, Health and Safety and Client Liaison.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the Company:

Current turnover is around £30million per annum. Project or package values range from £100k to £10 million. Head office is based in Kent but projects are predominately within the M25 from. Don’t panic though, people are allocated to projects based on their locations. They’re specialists in all aspects of Facades and Cladding catering to multiple industry sectors including High Rise Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and working for some the industry’s largest construction organisations. Established for nearly 10 years, this company have managed to maintain a family feel environment and are currently up to a capacity of 40 office based professionals and have notably only seen 3 people leave the business since they started trading!

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Just like every business this contractor does look for a certain type of person. You’ll need proven 5years (minimum) experience working as a Project Manager for a rival Facades Contractor, degree or CIOB qualified.

You’ll need to be a team player that can plan, control and execute works to complete projects on time, meeting their client’s expectations. So, all in all, you need to be a specialist that is confident, capable and committed. Sound like you?

Outside work, I regularly train for Triathlon and Ironman events but also enjoy a good night out! I am a proud Watford FC season ticket holder and coach my son’s football team on the weekend. Other interests include live music/going to gigs, playing snooker and getting away with the family.
