ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is a leading and rapidly expanding construction firm specializing in delivering exceptional commercial, higher education, and healthcare construction projects in the North Carolina area. With a proven track record of successful and innovative developments, they take pride in their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction operations, overseeing and driving the successful delivery of higher education, K-12 Schools, and commercial & healthcare projects in North Carolina. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your extensive experience in the construction industry will empower you to lead and mentor project teams, collaborate with clients, and build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
I am looking for someone who has an intensive background of working for General Contractors or Construction Management firms based in North Carolina. It’s important you have experience as a Senior Project Manager working on commercial, healthcare, or higher education ground-up projects. I am looking for someone who has strong job stability throughout their career, spending on average 4 years per company they’ve worked for.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
My client is looking to pay between $140,000 – $165,000 + a full benefits package including dental, 401K match, medical leave and educational and Training Assistance as well as many other things. On top of this, you will be working for a forward-thinking, innovative general contractor that’ll improve your capabilities as a Senior Project Manager.
