ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join the team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong background in construction or civil engineering.
Oversee and supervise daily site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget and to the highest quality standards. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies and procedures. Ensure that work is completed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and other relevant parties to ensure effective communication and cooperation on site.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record operating as a site supervisor working on highways maintenance projects based in the UK. I am looking for someone who holds good stability throughout their career working at each of their old businesses for a minimum of 2 years per company.
