Small Works & Maintenance Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + travel & bonus

About the Company: Our client is a specialist building company based in North West London. They specialise in High end luxury residential refurbishment, maintenance and decoration on properties in and around London and home counties. The business has been in operation for over 150 years, and reputation is exemplary, with generations of clients returning. The business houses their own joinery and maintains a strong team of in house trades. Some of their projects include, Eaton Square which is a design and build refurbishment of a penthouse apartment, a £500k apartment refurbishment in Cadogan sq. As well as residential project they also undertake projects on private members clubs and have worked on hotels including the Ritz.
ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
Our client is in need of an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee small refurbishment and maintenance projects within the Prime Residential Market. Key areas include coordination of pre-construction, operational and commercial teams, performance and contractual awareness. The individual we are looking for will be enter the company and become a key member of senior management, reporting directly to Director Level.

Requirements:
The Suitable candidate will either have long term experience in prime residential, maintenance, small works & refurbishment. You will ideally have extensive trade knowledge and experience in managing multiple project through the full lifecycle from quotes through to invoicing. The ideal candidate will also be able to commute to the company’s office in the West London area.
