Fast forward 12 months, and he’s successfully moved from sourcing candidates to managing the 360 recruitment process across a broad range of construction clients. What started as a candidate-focused role has evolved into something much more comprehensive, and his progress over the past six months, in particular, shows real maturity and an understanding of what our clients need.
What works well with Mark is his ability to stay calm when things get hectic, his willingness to ask the right questions rather than pretend he knows everything, and his knack for keeping the atmosphere light around the office even during busy periods. He’s genuinely pleasant to work with and brings a good energy to the team.
His main weakness remains his questionable taste in football clubs… but we’re still working on converting him to support a proper team.
