Congratulations to Ellis Abbott on his first anniversary at Cityscape Recruitment!

When asked how he would perform in high-pressured situations in his interview, Ellis said ‘Pressure Makes Diamonds’. He couldn’t have been more right! In his first year, with a little pressure, Ellis has developed into a well-rounded recruiter, operating in a 360 capacity well ahead of our planned timeline for him. He has an excellent way with people. He is gentle, knowledgeable, and calm. This has allowed him to build solid relationships with both candidates and clients at all levels.
