Phil joins Cityscape Recruitment with over seven years of construction recruitment experience, with the majority of his focus on sourcing labour for white and blue-collar roles.

He has joined Jon O’Leary’s team and his focus is now on recruiting construction professionals within the Residential sector. So far, Phil has shown excellent attention to detail and has started building relationships with candidates and understanding their needs.

Outside work, Phil races competitively in cycling and running competitions and takes part in monthly poker tournaments.
