We offer a personal service to our clients providing recruitment of white-collar professionals. Our prevalent industry knowledge assists this, balanced with access to high-quality professionals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a vacancy to head up a Mechanical and Electrical desk within our Specialist Contractor division based out of our office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. You’ll be taking over a warm desk which has been built and managed for the past 2 years, working with a spread of Tier1& 2 Contractors and SME M+E Businesses
You’ll be responsible for developing this desk and the full 360 process. Placing a variety of high-profile candidates such as Quantity Surveyors, Technical and Design professionals and Project Managers.
As a growing company, your position within the business will naturally elevate to a role with more responsibility, leading into a managerial position with the view to develop your own division.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a basic salary from £28,000 to £38,000 with an attractive commission and bonus structure.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in, or knowledge of, the construction industry and previous recruitment experience. Most importantly, however, the successful professional will be self-motivated and conscientious, show strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of intelligence.
