ABOUT THE ROLE
Our blue-collar division, a relatively new part of the business, has grown rapidly and is now able to take on another senior level, experienced trades & labour consultant. The immediate opportunity is to join a warm desk in a successful yet small team within a well-established business. This means there are almost no limits on what clients you can work with, both in terms of sector and location. In the long term, this part of the business has huge plans for growth, and the people at the top of this in its early stages can make it their own. Contrary to most T&L recruitment businesses, our team work closely together – we are very proud of the friendly environment at Cityscape Recruitment which is a far cry from mentality of some of our competitors.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a basic salary from £30,000 to £40,000. You will also be paid a commission on all placements increasing the yearly earnings significantly. In addition to basic salary and commission, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, mobile phones, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
To come in at this level, we would expect you to be well established as a 360 trades and labour recruiter with live clients and strong relationships throughout the industry. Experience operating at both senior and site levels is desired along with the ability to manage, build, and maintain existing and new clients whilst simultaneously filling roles. The successful individual will slot into the existing team and work with, not against, their colleagues, whilst driving forward the current team with new business opportunities.
