ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client is a dynamic and quality-focused M&E Contractor, who Specialise in Design, installation and maintenance, delivering projects across the Commercial, Residential and Refurbishment sectors exclusively in London, using the latest building techniques and software such as 3D modelling, prefabrication and modularisation to provide fault-free, seamless project delivery. With a turnover already in excess of £20m per annum our client is looking to add to their existing team, having already established long-term relationships with some of the leading names in Construction based on successful delivery, profitability and a high standard of workmanship.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to company growth, our client is looking for an Electrical Project manager for their already established operations team with the projects being across a range of commercial projects.
You will have overall responsibility for the successful project delivery;
Taking the Project from the estimating team via a project handover
Review the Scope, and be actively involved in producing presentation documents where required.
Better buying of all packages, in line with company policy
Issuing technical submittals of all Equipment / Packages
Issue all programmes pre-construction
Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
Quality control
Sub-Contractor management
Procurement
Commissioning and handover

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case-by-case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline, I will target individuals whose annual salary is within £60 to £70K and you will receive a company works package.

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history.
