My client is a mid-sized Construction Management Company operating at a turnover of $100M per annum. They have been trading for over 20 years and work within the residential and commercial industry, focusing mainly on ground-up construction projects. They have over 30 people working for them and they have a great pipeline of work, as well as ambitious growth plans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for an MEP Superintendent to join their growing commercial division. The project they are recruiting for is a 4-phase project, the first two phases involve 2, 7 story buildings as well as infrastructure. This project is 6 years’ worth of work which will offer you long-term job stability.

You will be working on a long-term project; this means you will have offered long-term job stability and more of a chance of progression. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of around $150K + healthcare, dental, and a bonus scheme.
REQUIREMENTS
I am looking for someone who has over 6 years of experience working as an MEP Superintendent, working on a ground-up project. It’s also essential you have experience working for a Construction Management company in NYC.
