ABOUT THE ROLE
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in developing competitive, first-principle tender programmes for civil engineering bids. From blank-sheet programming to collaborating with estimators and planners, this role is all about shaping the success of future bridge, highway, and water schemes. You’ll bring your planning software expertise and civil engineering knowledge to create robust and realistic schedules that reflect delivery capability and win work.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience producing tender-stage programmes in civil engineering
Confident using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar planning tools
Background in highways, water, bridges, or related sectors
Able to develop programmes from first principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, detail-focused and ownership-driven approach to planning

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history.
