ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is a leading and rapidly expanding construction firm specializing in delivering exceptional industrial and multi-family construction projects in the Charleston area. With a proven track record of successful and innovative developments, they take pride in their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

As a Project Executive, you will be at the forefront of our construction operations, overseeing and driving the successful delivery of industrial and multi-family projects in Charleston. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your extensive experience in the construction industry will empower you to lead and mentor project teams, collaborate with clients, and build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

I am looking for someone who has a bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and a proven track record of at least 15 years in construction project management, with a focus on industrial and multi-family projects. I need someone Proficient in project management software, MS Office Suite, and construction-related tools. On top of this, I am looking for someone who has experience working for a General Contractor based in North America and someone who’s held strong stability throughout their career, working for each business an average of 4 years per company.
