The company has played a significant role in the city’s regeneration by delivering high-quality projects. One of their most notable projects in London is the 555 White Hart Lane student accommodation complex in Tottenham, North London. The £52 million development includes 579 student beds, with communal facilities such as a gym, study areas, and social spaces. The project was completed on time and within budget, and has received positive reviews from its residents.
Another noteworthy project in London is the 13-storey mixed-use development at 183-187 Marsh Wall in the Canary Wharf district. The £90 million development includes 66 high-end apartments, a hotel, and ground-level retail space. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project
My client currently has a need for a Project Manager to work on one of their ongoing projects in London. The project is a mixed-use which involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new 14-story building, comprising of residential and commercial space.
The development includes 40 private apartments, 25 affordable homes, and ground floor commercial units, totaling approximately 67,000 square feet. The apartments are designed with modern and stylish interiors, featuring open-plan living spaces, high-quality fixtures, and state-of-the-art amenities.
The commercial units on the ground floor are designed to house retail or office spaces, providing a vibrant and dynamic environment for businesses in the area. The development also includes communal spaces, such as a rooftop garden with views over the city and secure bicycle storage facilities.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Director, as Project Manager you be responsible for the coordination of all project disciplines in conjunction with the Site Manager, managing the design and ultimately delivering a high-quality job on programme.

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of £80,000 to £95,000 + package.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing a range of projects ideally including residential, commercial and educational, with projects ranging in value from £20m to £60m. The ideal candidate should also have a balance of working on new build, and refurbishment projects.
My client is looking for candidates who can show a stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.
