ABOUT THE ROLE
As a result of ongoing expansion and a track record of successful bids, our client seeks to enhance their Commercial Team by welcoming an adept Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 5 years of experience within Passive Fire Protection.
Your responsibilities will include:
REQUIREMENTS
The quantity surveyor would need to have a strong understanding of construction and fire protection estimating, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and project team members. They would also need to be able to use relevant software and be familiar with the latest fire protection technologies.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Salary will be in the region of £45,000 – £65,000 subject to skill and experience. The company offers a fantastic working environment and will provide the opportunity to progress your career through excellent guidance, support and training.

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.

If you are successful in receiving an offer(s), our consultant will communicate this with you and help to negotiate the offer(s) and any other terms of employment.
Finally, we will support you in resigning from your current role, navigating potential counter offers and starting your new role.
