In 2011, the Company formed a construction division to satisfy the demand of individuals who had purchased land and needed a contractor with vital experience in not only the construction of new property but the building of a “home”.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to recent expansion and an increase in developments, our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to add to the already strong Commercial team. You will predominately be based out the business’ Head Office in Buckinghamshire, with regular site visits to a 220 unit project in Guildford. A mix of elegant starter homes and bespoke 5 bedroom family homes.

The successful candidate will take responsibility of the surveying activities across a number of concurrent high-spec developments and multi-unit developments within the Home Counties area, playing a key role in advising on the commercial aspects of the developments and ensuring efficient, project progression.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally at least 7-10 years of post-graduation Quantity Surveying experience
  • Must have residential developer experience
  • Must have run new build residential developments from start to finish.
  • Must have very strong job loyalty and demonstrate longevity in previous roles
  • Ideally must hold a degree in a relevant construction related field

  • Base salary up to £70,000 per year
