They are a small & friendly and professional team and provide architecture, interior design, project management, build, operations, and manufacturing capabilities. They have an impressive pipeline of residential projects including super prime & contemporary apartments in sought after locations. The business has an exceptionally strong pipeline of work, owing to clients wishing to work with this business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect who will focus on construction and site work. Based primarily in the Chelsea are between the office and site (plus this role will also require travel to Essex one per week). As a technical architect, you will be responsible for designing, drawing, and overseeing the implementation of technical and construction elements for our projects. You will work closely with in-house colleagues, builders, engineers, site consultants, and steel manufacturers.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Salary will be dependent on the individuals exposure and experience in a similar position. However salary can be expected to be in the region of £65k.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an architect focusing on construction and site work with experience in the high-end residential sector.

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history.
